These are great hunts for the hunter looking to collect all the species of moose, or the cost conscious hunter looking for a great value in moose hunting. Newfoundland has a lot of moose, but they are not big moose. All hunting is done on foot over abandoned logging roads and bogs. High shot opportunities on bull moose ranging from 20" to over 40 inches. The outfitter will do his best to tailor the hunt to your needs depending on age and physical condition. Day 1 (Sunday):Fly to Gander, Newfoundland where you will be met by the outfitter and transfered to camp. .
Days 2-6 (Monday - Friday):Moose hunt.
Day 7 (Saturday):Depart camp and begin your return trip home.

Physical Requirement Level
Level 2 - These hunts are mostly conducted on private ranches. Species include mule deer, elk, antelope; additionally, some caribou and African plains game hunts. Moderate to light hiking each day in semi-mountainous terrain.
