Hunts are conducted in far northwest Alaska, in the Arctic Circle. Our hunting areas follow the migration route of the Western Arctic Herd, which is currently the largest caribou herd in Alaska, with over 500,000 animals. Many trophy class bulls are taken on this hunt. Hunter success over the past 20 years on the guided hunts has been nearly 100% – book early to reserve your spot!
Unguided Hunts: You will be hunting the Western Arctic Herd, which is currently the largest caribou herd in Alaska. The Tents/camp will be set up by the clients the day they are flown into the field. Camp sites are chosen the day of the fly-in to ensure clients of the highest success possible. The average hunter will see 500 plus caribou on this hunt. Trophy class bulls are common. Hunter success has been nearly 100% for the past 20 years. Some great char fishing can also be had on this hunt.
