Northeast Wyoming Trophy Whitetails
This outfitter has been in operation as an outfitter for over 38 years and operates on large private ranches located in prime game country and currently leases in excess of 700,000 acres between Wyoming and Montana. This is your chance to hunt Wyoming Whitetail deer during the peak of the rut. This hunt takes place on a 10,000-acre ranch in Northeast Wyoming. We have been carefully managing this property for over 20 years. The lower part of the ranch is comprised of cultivated fields that attract large numbers of whitetail deer.
With the rut usually in full swing, this is an action-packed hunt. The whitetail population has flourished on this ranch over the past two decades, giving you an outstanding opportunity to harvest a quality whitetail buck.
On this hunt, they pattern the movements of trophy bucks from bedding areas to feeding grounds in the fields. Hunters can expect to leave each morning before daylight and then return to town for lunch and a little down time. They return to the ranch in the early afternoon to set up and intercept the deer as they come into the fields in the evening. This whitetail hunt involves sitting in the dark for up to an hour, so be sure to bring clothing that will keep you warm.
In addition to great Deer hunting, there is also an opportunity to harvest a Merriam’s Turkey on this ranch. Turkey licenses can be purchased over the counter upon arrival. This is an extremely limited hunt at only 10 hunters per year, so be sure and book early. This tag can be drawn at a 100% rate, so preference points are not required.
