August – September
This trophy Dall Sheep hunt takes place in the steep and rugged Alaskan Range of South Central Alaska. The outfitter has been successfully hosting hunters here for over 8 years and reporting outstanding hunt reports. Over the years they have consistently provided high shot opportunities on trophy class Dall rams ranging from 36” to 39”. What makes this one of Alaska’s premier go to destinations for sheep hunters is that this hunt area is a “guide exclusive area” This allows them to properly manage the hunt area with no competition from other guides or resident hunters. All hunts are fully guided 1×1 with experienced sheep guides.
Accommodations are comfortable cabins at the base of the mountain. Due to their location, they can access different parts of the hunt area by ATV, UTV and Jeep. In addition to Dall Sheep, if you prefer this outfitter also offers a combination for Sheep and Alaska-Yukon Moose hunt during the month of September. These hunts are conducted during the rut when the bulls are most susceptible to calling. Hunters can expect trophy bulls to range in the upper 50’s to mid-60’s. This is one of the most popular and high success sheep and sheep/moose combination hunts in Alaska offering a very limited number of hunts per year. Give us a call today.
