Hunt the pristine vast wilderness of North Central British Columbia for trophy Western Canadian Moose. This outfitters territory encompasses a vast plateau of over 900 square miles of pristine Canadian Wilderness. Located in the heart of this territory are three major river systems and over 200 remote lakes that create a perfect setting for giant Canadian moose bulls. Over the years this hunt has produced high shot opportunities on trophy bulls that have stretched the tape from 30″ to over 55″ inches. Hunts are conducted by experienced guides with excellent modern equipment to assure you the best experience possible. This outfitter uses several methods of hunting from spot and stalk, calling during rut, tree platform stands and boats on river systems depending on the hunt location, time of the year and physical capability of the hunter. Accommodations are rustic cabins or tented camps depending on location that will surely enhance this wilderness experience. Home cooked meals are prepared by camp cooks daily, and you will not go home hungry. Fly to Prince George or Smithers, BC where you will be met by outfitter and transferred to camp.
Day 1: Fly to Prince George or Smithers,where the outfitter will meet you.
Days: 2-8: Moose hunt.
Day 9: Depart camp to Prince George or Smithers and begin your trip home.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
