Northwest Colorado trophy mule deer hunting with this third generation outfitter.  Colorado offers some of the best mule deer hunting in the West with a high population of trophy bucks.  This spot and stalk trophy mule deer hunt takes place on private land in the northwest part of the state.  This area is known for its abundance of mule deer and November is prime time to put your tag on a trophy buck.  No need to worry about drawing the license as this hunt comes with a guaranteed landowner voucher!  The terrain is very mild on the private land you’ll be hunting and the accommodations are comfortable and the meals are excellent. Expect to look over several bucks each day.  You and your guide will access the property in 4×4 pick ups or Rangers and spend lots of time glassing the country in search of a trophy buck.  Quality mule deer areas are becoming few and far between so don’t pass up this opportunity!

$8,500 plus license (1×1 guided) 4-day hunt except 4th season mule deer buck hunts which are 5 days

$350 license plus $10 conservation stamp.  Must show hunters safety card if born after 1/1/49.

Inclusions

Airport pick up in Hayden, lodging, meals, guide services, in field transportation.

Exclusions

Airfare, license, gratuity, personal items.

Transportation

Fly to Hayden where you’ll be picked up and transferred to camp.

Hunt Style

Physical Level:

Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.

Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.

Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.

Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
