This property is about 10,000 private acres, and lies in the heart of some of the best habitat in the entire unit! We’re only taking a limited number of hunters to ensure that everyone has a good chance of success. The area is home to an abundance of elk, especially later in the season. Spot and stalk, glassing, and calling is the method of hunting. The accommodations, located nearby, take place in a comfortable ranch house that has all of the comforts of home including electricity, hot and cold running water. No need to worry about drawing a tag as a guaranteed landowner is all included in the hunt price. Just show up and hunt!

Fly to El Paso, TX, rent a vehicle and drive about three hours to camp near Cloudcroft, NM.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
