Northwest Colorado Trophy Mt. Lion Hunt

Outfitter #206
from
$6,000
Location:
Method:
Rifle, Archery
Dates:

December – March

This long time Colorado outfitter is a true houndsman, and has a passion for running his hounds and catching lions.  He lives in the area and knows the country very well.  This gives him a distinct advantage in knowing where these big toms call home.  His well trained pack of hounds are some of the best that we’ve seen, which have resulted in a very high success rate on catching mature lions.  These five day hunts take place in northwest Colorado from December through about March when the conditions are favorable for tracking and catching lions.  It is always best to book a cat hunt “on call”, meaning you put down a deposit, and we’ll contact you that season to come out and hunt when the conditions are optimal. You need to be flexible with your schedule and come out shortly after contacted as you need good and tracking conditional to have a successful hunt.  Accommodations on this hunt consist of comfortable cabins or a ranch house with good home cooked meals provided.  If you have yet to experience a mountain lion hunt, you are missing out!  There’s nothing like watching and hearing the hounds on a hot lion track!  Call now.
