Remote Northwest Alaska Lodge

Outfitter #618
Conventional Fishing, Fly Fishing

June – August

Situated on a secluded river in northwest Alaska, this remote lodge is within minutes of tidewater from the Bering Sea. It combines the warmth and charm of a true Alaskan lodge. Enjoy dining and relaxing in the beautiful log lodge, complete with fireplace and breathtaking views. Guest accommodations feature comfortable cabins with twin beds, private bath, and electric heat. The fishing season kicks off in mid June with the arrival of the mighty king salmon, which average 18-25 pounds with fish pushing the 50 pound mark every season. Chum salmon follow in July and pound for pound are one of the hardest fighting salmon in Alaska. It’s not uncommon to hook 40-50 chums a day in this river! August is silver salmon time and these fish are the most acrobatic of all Pacific salmon. Silvers range in size from 8-12 pounds. Arctic grayling and dolly varden round out the fishing opportunities here. Because there is no competition from other lodges, there’s no need for fly-outs to other fishing areas – it’s all right here.
