Since the early 1950’s sportsmen have been traveling to Northern Saskatchewan in pursuit of trophy class Black Bear. This hunt takes place in the heart of one of the best Black Bear areas in NW Saskatchewan. Our outfitters territory encompasses over 100 Square miles, consisting of pristine remote lakes, hard woods and Canadian Boreal Forest. With over 30 years’ combined experience and 2 generations this small family owned operation has been successfully hosting hunters from all over the world. All hunts are conducted over well baited areas from elevated platforms or tree stands set up for both the archer and riflemen. Experienced guides with modern equipment are provided to assure you a hunt of a lifetime. Hunters can expect extremely high shot opportunities on mature black bears and an occasional color phase bear is not out of the question. Accommodations are a spacious 2,200 square foot lodge with all the amenities of home in the wilderness. Home cooked delicious meals are served daily, you will not go home hungry. Sample Itinerary:

Day 1: Fly to Edmonton, Alberta rent a car and drive to camp

Day 2-6 Bear hunt

Day 7: AM Hunt if necessary and departure for Edmonton

Hunt Style

Physical Level:

Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.

Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.

Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.

Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
