This outfitter is located in East Central Saskatchewan, the heart of Canada’s prairie pothole region. This region of Saskatchewan has become very popular due to low hunting pressure and high concentrations of birds. This is one of the first staging areas in the fall migration. They specialize in field and pound shooting using willow or layout blinds. Accommodations are local motels to allow for short driving distances to the best hunting areas. This outfitter has been guiding hunters for over 10 years and the hunt reports have been outstanding. These hunts are limited and early bookings are required.
$2,200 plus 5% GST 3-night & 2 1/2-day package

Fly to Regina or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, rent a vehicle and drive approx 1 hr to Humboldt Sk.
Day 1: Fly to Regina, Saskatchewan (2 1/2 hour drive to Humboldt), or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (1 hour drive to Humboldt), rent a vehicle and drive to Humbolldt, SK.
Days 2-3: Waterfowl hunt.
Day 4: After hunting this day you will be depart camp for Saskatoon or Regina and overnight.
Day 5: Begin your return trip home.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
