Outfitter #043

First Class-Archery & Crossbow Trophy Mule Deer In Wyoming

Description

This hunt takes place in the southwest corner of Wyoming right on the Utah border. The 100,000+ acre private ranch holds an abundant population of mule deer, some of which will even turn the head of the most discriminating sportsmen – just look at some of pictures. WTA TAGS has worked with this outfitter for several years with great success. You can expect to glass dozens of deer every day. Hunter success is usually 90% each year on bucks scoring 160"-180" with the occasional 200” plus being taken. The archery season has proven itself to be the best time to hunt big deer on the ranch. If you are not currently a bowhunter please note that crossbows can be used during archery season. The use of crossbows will allow any hunter to do this hunt without years of a preperation with a traditional or compound bow.  ATV's, Polaris rangers, and 4x4 pickups are used to access the property where you and your guide will spend the mornings and evenings glassing. A gorgeous three-story log lodge will be your home during the hunt and outstanding meals will be the order of the day. These high success hunts can be hunted with as little as one preference point.

"This private ranch has to be one of the best kept secrets for trophy mule deer. The caliber of deer that continually come off this property is absolutely astounding. Couple this with world-class accommodations and you will be hard-pressed to find a better destination to hunt this amazing animal. Best part – drawing a tag is easy, unlike most high-quality mule deer units across the west, this tag can be drawn in one to two years."
