Archery Kansas Whitetail On A Trophy Fee
We have teamed up with one of our top outfitters in central Kansas to offer an exclusive archery only pricing structure. It includes five days of hunting with food and lodging for $2,500 with an additional kill fee of $2,500 due upon harvest/wounding of a buck. If you don’t draw blood you don’t pay the additional $2,500 harvest fee. These hunts must be scheduled during the 2018 or 2019 season for Oct.1-5, Oct.23-27 or Dec.14-18. Don’t let the fact these are not rut hunts discourage you. During the October timeframe these bucks will be patterned moving from bedding areas to feeders and crop fields. They will move very early and very late during this time frame due to the warmer temperatures but extensive scouting and heavy trail camera usage will assist in putting you in the right position. The December hunts will be very similar to the October hunts but cooler temperatures prevail resulting in more movement. The cold also makes the bucks more susceptible to feeders. December hunters need to be prepared for cold temperatures.
Central Kansas has consistently produced great hunting for our clients over the last decade. This remote area has lower deer densities but is optimal for growing big deer. The area is split between crop land, pasture, wood lots and creek bottoms. Along with great genetics, the agricultural crops in this part of the state provide the perfect feeding ground for these whitetails. All hunts are conducted from tree stands or ground blinds between feeding and bedding areas. Accommodations are a brand new hunting lodge, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a great room complete with full kitchen and fun place to hang out. Home cooked meals are served daily. Eight hunters can be accommodated for at any given time in this amazing new lodge. Best of all, draw results have been 100% over the last several years.
Don’t miss out on one of the best “bang for your buck” hunts Kansas has to offer.
