We have worked with this outfitter for nearly two decades and our clients have been extremely pleased with the results. This outfitter has been guiding in Alaska for 20 years and has outstanding hunt reports.
This 7-day all-inclusive hunt takes place on private land within the beautiful Wrangell-St. Elias National Park & Preserve.
The Ahtna Native Corporation has permitted the outfitter to hunt on their land to help control the overabundance of grizzly and black bears which have had a negative impact on the population of moose that their tribal members depend on.
ATVs are used to access the hunt areas. Hunts are conducted over bait from two-man ladder stands where you and your experienced guide will hunt together 1X1. Lodging consists of a comfortable cabin and hearty home-cooked meals.
This is a small, personalized operation. The outfitter only takes 2-4 clients each season, ensuring that each hunter has the opportunity to take home a quality trophy and the game is not overhunted. Book now…you won’t be disappointed with this hunt!

Sample Itinerary
- Day 1: Fly to Anchorage, Alaska, where you will overnight.
- Day 2: Rent a car and then drive to the outfitter’s cabin(approximately 6 hours) and settle in.
- Day 3-9: Hunting days.
- Day 10: Drive back to Anchorage. If successful you will need to have your trophies sealed at an Alaska Department of Fish and Game office. Overnight in Anchorage.
- Day 11: Depart Anchorage and continue your trip home.
Hunt Style
Physical Level:
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
