2025
This boat-based hunt on the mainland of Southeast Alaska is a wonderful opportunity to harvest great quality bears while staying on a very comfortable boat. The hunting is conducted 1×1 with experienced guides. You will hunt brown bear on the coasts, bays, and beaches of mainland Southeast Alaska. The “Sally Girl” will serve as the mobile base camp using 18′ Lund skiffs to hunt during the day. A typical day of hunting consists of having a morning beverage and breakfast followed by several hours for the morning hunt, returning to the boat for lunch. The evening hunt is when most of the action occurs. You will spend 10–12 hours out on the evening hunt returning to the boat when you lose enough light to hunt and eat dinner.
