No purchase necessary. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Giveaway Rules (the “Rules”). Your submission of an entry in the Giveaway constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Rules, as interpreted by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A failure to comply with these Rules will disqualify your participation in the Giveaway and void any entries submitted by you. Void where prohibited by law. For purposes of these Rules, “Sponsor” means Worldwide Trophy Adventures, LLC and the additional sponsors listed below.

Giveaway Period. Giveaway begins on September 22, 2025 at 12:01 am MT and ends on December 15, 2025 at 11:59 pm MT. To enter, visit https://worldwidetrophyadventures.com/elk-hunt-giveaway-2025/ and submit the entry form during the Giveaway Period. One entry per person.

Prize. One prize (“Prize”) will be awarded:

1. A guided bull elk hunt in New Mexico, United States, November 16 to 20, 2026, organized by Worldwide Trophy Adventures.

2. Gunwerks Nexus 7 PRC rifle.

3. Leupold VX-6HD Gen 2 3-18×44 scope, Leupold BX-5 Santiam HD 10×42 binoculars, and Leupold RX-5000 TBR/W rangefinder.

4. Kifaru Bedlam Pack and Ark Frame.

5. Hornady 7mm PRC ammunition, 1 case (200 rounds).

6. Meindl USA MFS Vakuum Hunter boots, 3 pairs MT Jagd heavyweight socks, and boot-care kit.

7. $2,500 cash card for licenses and travel expenses, provided by Worldwide Trophy Adventures.

Approximate retail value is US $38,423. Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis without any representations or warranties. Sponsor may substitute any component with one of equal or greater value. The firearm will be fulfilled through a federally licensed firearms dealer in compliance with applicable laws, and the winner must meet all eligibility requirements and pass any required background check. Hunt dates, location, and inclusions are as specified by the outfitter and are subject to applicable regulations, weather, and safety conditions. Except as stated above, travel, accommodations, gratuities, and incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older, excluding Florida, New York, Washington, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Employees, owners, members, managers, directors, and officers of the Sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible. Participants must have a valid hunter safety number and or a valid hunting license. Potential winners may be required to satisfy any outfitter safety or other requirements.

Winner Verification and Responsibilities. To qualify as the official winner and receive the Prize, a potential winner must timely submit all forms and information required by Sponsor, including confirmation of eligibility, releases, and tax documentation. All taxes, fees, costs, and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and may include travel and transportation costs. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099.

Odds and Entry Limits. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Giveaway closes. Limit one entry per person. Entrant agrees to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. Entrant may unsubscribe at any time.

Selection and Notification. The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced within thirty (30) days after the entry period ends. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by phone and email. If the potential winner does not respond within two (2) days, fails to complete required documents, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

Data Handling. Entry and entrant information is provided to Sponsor as defined above.

Winner’s List. To obtain the name of the official winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Worldwide Trophy Adventures 2025 Giveaway – Elk Hunt Winner’s List, PO Box 335, Sidney, NE 69162. Return postage is not required of Vermont residents.

Force Majeure. Sponsor is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Giveaway when caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control. If such an event continues for more than sixty (60) days, Sponsor may terminate this Giveaway without liability.

Publicity and Privacy. By participating in this Giveaway, you grant Sponsor and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, address, photograph or other likeness, voice, statements, and any other personally identifiable information for marketing, promotional, or other legitimate business purposes, as permitted by law. All personal information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
