Venture into the rugged, remote mountain ranges of Northeastern Utah—prime territory for one of North America’s most elusive predators: the mountain lion. With exclusive access to both public lands and vast stretches of private terrain, this outfitter will take you where the odds of a successful hunt are at their highest.

Led by seasoned, passionate houndsmen and their highly trained dogs—born and bred to pursue lions—this is a pursuit like no other. From snow-covered slopes to dry-ground tracking, conditions vary dramatically throughout the season, offering a dynamic and thrilling challenge at every turn. Depending on the weather, transportation may include pickups, UTVs, or snowmobiles to get you into prime hunting territory.

This hunt targets mature mountain lions, including both toms and females. Be prepared—these hunts are physically demanding, and your level of fitness can directly influence your success.

While meals and lodging are not included in the trip price, the nearby town of Vernal, Utah offers a wide variety of comfortable lodging options to suit your needs.
