This 15,000 acre private ranch in western Colorado consists of rolling hills, hay meadows, and several miles of river bottom that is home to a healthy elk population. These spot and stalk archery elk hunts are guided 2×1 or 1×1 during the peak of the rut. The private land and gentle terrain allows hunters of any ability to be successful. You and your guide will access the property in 4×4 pick-ups or side by sides, glassing the country and calling. These fully guided hunts include great accommodations and all meals.
Lodging consists of a main lodge with commercial kitchen, bar, bedrooms and bathroom. Several private guest cabins with bathroom facilities and outdoor spaces are also available for where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery.

Day 1 – Fly to Hayden, CO and rent a vehicle for the short drive to the lodge near Rangeley, CO.
Days 2-6: Five day archery elk hunt.
Day 7 – Depart this morning.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
