August to October:
Head up to the Scottish Highlands for an unforgettable deer stalking experience, with the chance to take two stags—both Red and Sika are available. Stalking in the Highlands is often seen as the ultimate British field sport, and it’s easy to see why. You’ll be hunting across a 7,000-acre stretch of forestry about two hours north of Inverness Airport, with a mix of open hills and woodland that makes for a great blend of challenging and strategic stalking.
You’ll be staying in a fully catered lodge, looked after by our local team. The place has that classic Highland feel—comfortable, a bit quirky, and full of character. All your meals and drinks are included (yes, even the house alcohol), and if you’ve got something special in mind, that can be arranged too. Depending on the plan for the day, you might start with a cooked breakfast, take a packed lunch up into the hills, and finish with a locally sourced three-course dinner in the evening.
The trip works well for up to four hunters, plus any observers. If you’re bringing someone along who isn’t hunting, we can set them up with day trips to explore the stunning local scenery, visit nearby distilleries, or check out places like Castle Mey, once home to the Queen Mother.
