Spring – Even Years May
Fall – Odd Years October
This trophy brown bear hunt takes place in the land of giants ” The Alaska Peninsula”. It is no secret that some of the largest brown bears on the planet live in this region of Alaska. This area consistently produces some of the largest bears in the state on an annual basis. Hunts are fully guided 1×1 by experienced guides. You and your guide will spend countless hours glassing the open terrain, drainages, river bottoms, and coastal beaches until you have located your trophy bear. Over the years, shot opportunities have been high on bears squaring 9′ and larger with some pushing the magical 10′ mark. Hunters should be mentally and physically prepared for this hunt as weather conditions are wet with high winds making some days very unpleasant. If you’re looking for one of the best values on the peninsula, this is it. Give WTA a call today.
