Northeast Wyoming Trophy Antelope

This 4th-generation, 65,000-acre private ranch can only be referred to as paradise for those in search of a quality antelope hunt. Antelope populations in the area are high with trophies consistently scoring in the 70–75+ inch class. Enormous private ranches dominate this unit and public hunting pressure is slim to none. As both the landowner and outfitter, the family takes great pride in the stewardship of the ranch and employ superior grazing practices in conjunction with a large manmade water network that is beneficial to wildlife.

The ranch is classified as “Pine Ridge” and largely composed of intermittent hills and rock outcroppings that contain pine and cedar trees. Remaining acres are sage-covered hills, meadows, and canyons. A developed road system, in conjunction with “mild” terrain, ensures an enjoyable hunt will be experienced regardless of physical abilities.

The hunting style and methods utilized will vary dependent on weapon choice and the timeframe the hunt is conducted. Archers can expect to sit over water holes in permanent or mobile ground blinds. Within the ranch you will find an 8,000-acre, archery-only pasture that is ideally situated for archers. Crossbows can be used without any special requirements during the archery season. Rifle hunters can expect to spend much of the hunt traveling by pickup from one high point to the next, stopping to glass in search of a suitable buck. Once found a stalk will be planned and executed upon.

Lodging will consist of a very comfortable five-bedroom and two-bathroom home. A full-time cook will be present to ensure quality meals are served daily accompanied by the western hospitality Wyoming is famous for. Wyoming does issue buck antelope tags through a predictive, preference point-based, draw system. Historically, tags for this hunt have been drawn 100% with 2 preference points & 50% with no points.
