The eastern plains are an integral part of Colorado’s culture and history. Covering almost a third of the state this region offers a unique waterfowl experience with its vast open views and terrain that attracts and holds a wide variety of ducks and geese throughout the season.
Situated in the South Platte River Valley, this outfitter has access to some prime waterfowl properties. These properties consist of a stretch of the river along with warm water ponds for those bitter cold late season days as well as a several thousand acres of ag fields. All hunts are conducted utilizing panel blinds and possible layouts for mobility purposes to keep clients on where the birds want to be. Each days hunt is fully guided by knowledgeable guides who are skilled in calling, setting attractive decoy spreads, and retrieving waterfowl. All of the guides have a shared passion for waterfowl hunting, sharing their knowledge and providing an excellent experience.
$450 per day / person (2 day minimum)

*All hunters must have a federal and state waterfowl stamp.

Fly into Denver, CO rent a car and drive east approximately 2 hours.
Sample Itinerary:
Day 1: Fly to Denver, CO rent a car and to Hotel or Airbnb. Outfitter will provide location to meet.
Day 2 -4 Hunt
Day 4: Hunt am and depart for home.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
