Northeastern Wyoming holds some of the best rifle whitetail deer hunting in the country, while getting to hunt prime rut dates with a rifle. If you are tired of sitting in your tree stand all day just to see a few deer, you have got to come hunt these amazing properties in Wyoming. These spot-and-stalk style hunts are action-packed. With properties scattered along the Powder and Tongue Rivers in Wyoming, as well as many different tributaries, you will have access to over 40,000 acres of cottonwood-filled river bottoms leading up to Alfalfa and sage-covered pastures. This is truly a whitetail paradise.

These bucks typically go between 120-140 inches, with a few lucky hunters taking home much bigger deer. Hunting these bucks during the rut with a rifle definitely increases your chance of coming home with a great trophy. September Archery Hunts are a great opportunity for Pope & Young Whitetails. These high opportunity hunts will be conducted with ground blinds as well as strategically placed tree stands.

All hunts are conducted out of small personal cabins and a brand-new lodge; this, along with a full-time cook on-site, makes for an incredible adventure. If you are looking for a high success whitetail hunt, and you are excited about the chance to hunt rutting whitetails with a rifle, call WTA TAGS today at 1-800-755-8247 to talk to a consultant about applying for this exciting hunt.
