Saskatchewan Timberline Black Bear Hunting

This hunt takes place in Central Saskatchewan just south of the Boreal Forest in a mixture of both dense forest and farmland. This transition area continues to produce a great opportunity for big black bears. This hunt is conducted over bait from sturdy strategically placed ladder stands set up for both rifleman and archer. This seasoned outfitter of over 20 years has been successfully hosting hunters from all over the world. Hunters can expect high shot opportunities on mature bears measuring 5’ to 7’ with skull sizes 18 – 21 inches. The spring hunts are conducted in the afternoon which makes for long days and late nights. Hunters need to be prepared to sit for hours at a time.
