This area of the Northwest Territories is a classic mountain area with sprawling valleys producing some big Alaska-Yukon moose, huge mountain caribou, and excellent Dall’s sheep. Moose in this area will range in the upper 50s to high 60s, and the mountain caribou are some of the best in all of North America. Helicopter flights into the previously inaccessible wilderness have recently been added and the results have been outstanding. This outfitter is a seasoned veteran of the north and has been in the business for more than 40 years. This remote area covers some 9,000 square miles southwest of Norman Wells to the Yukon border. Record book bull moose and bull caribou are harvested annually. #082
