Alpine chamois are the most prized trophy in Italy due largely in part to the style of hunting. Hunters are put to test by the shy nature of the animal and the harshness of the places they live. The satisfaction experienced from the success is an unforgettable moment for all true mountain enthusiasts. Red deer in the region offer a unique experience hunting them in a mountain scenario. The combination of these two animals in such a magnificent region constitute a combination with few equals in Europe.
Hunting takes place on two private estates equaling 14,000-acres. Both estates are characterized by a great population of chamois and due to the lower altitude of 4,900 – 8,200-ft they represent some of the beast places in Italy to take large chamois trophies. Red deer are located on one estate and also offer good quality.
Piedmont, and its main city Turin, first capital of Italian Kingdom, is a region surrounded by some of the highest mountains in Europe. Rich in history and arts was well as the land of truffles and Barolo wine, Piedmont is one of the most interesting regions to be visited in the North of Italy.

Hunt Style
Physical Level:
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
