Free Range West Texas Addax Hunts

This is a fair chase hunt is for some of the most exotic species that roam the world. With controlled hunting on over 42,000 acres of private land, these hunts are of high demand and are continuously stated by clients as world-class experiences, with a 100% success rate to date. Hunters can choose to hunt archery, rifle, pistol or muzzleloader. This outfitter accommodates all hunters, including those with physical disabilities.

Expect to see 30 to 40 Addax per day, and to harvest bulls in the 30” to 37”+ range. Bulls over 40 inches have been taken. These hunts are open year round, and can be combined with free-range Aoudad, also offered by this outfitter on other ranches that they own or control.

There are no seasonal restrictions on Addax, which makes it a great option to hunt during those months when most big game hunts are not an option. The best months to hunt Addax are from the end of January through April. The coats are the best this time of year.

On these hunts, you also have the opportunity to hunt other exotic species that are also fair chase, including: Scimitar Oryx, Iranian Red Sheep, Blackbuck, and Mouflon. Each of these species can be added on a trophy fee basis.

There are comfortable accommodations near the ranch you will be hunting. You will have one of two options to choose from. You can stay in a hunters bunk-house which is set up with a bathroom, kitchen, small living area and a bedroom with five bunk-beds, sleeping 10 total guests. The bunkhouse option is included in the daily rate. The seconds option would be to stay at the motel located next to the bunkhouse that is locally owned and is very nice. This option would incur an additional daily rate.
