Hunt giant, prehistoric Barren Ground muskox in either Nunavut or Northwest Territories with this seasoned outfitter. They offer a full lineup of muskox hunts to suit everyone, from the traditional Spring hunts on snowmachines to a more comfortable late Summer/early Fall hunt.

The Fall hunts take place on two different lakes in Nunavut and Northwest Territories and offer exceptional trophy quality. Accommodations are heated tent camps to a very comfortable lodge, depending on the location. Transportation is done by aluminum boats and then on foot. The terrain is generally dry and rocky and day time temperatures can range from 40-75 degrees. We encourage all hunters to purchase tags for wolf, wolverine and ptarmigan. The lakes and streams also provide outstanding fishing opportunities for lake trout and grayling.

Spring hunts take place in Nunavut Territory and is not for the faint of heart! The hunting area is a large peninsula, almost totally surrounded by water, in Nunavut’s northern Canadian Arctic mainland. Camp sits on the south west end of the peninsula, just over a hundred miles from Cambridge Bay. On average, the trip from Cambridge Bay to camp takes about seven hours with snowmobiles. Day time temps well into the negatives. The camp consists of two insulated cabins, both heated by oil stoves. There is a fairly large cabin where the hunters stay in and there are only 2-3 hunters in the camp at a time. You have the choice to be transported on a sled, pulled by snowmachine or pilot your own for an additional cost and highly recommended! This provides superb mobility and allows you to look over many muskox.

Success rate is near 100% on both rifle and archery hunts. The arctic is a beautiful but unforgiving place to inhabit, the muskox does not merely exist in these conditions, but thrives!
