This trophy Mule Deer hunt takes place on the eastern plains of New Mexico on over 11,000 acres of private lands. The property is strictly managed for quality deer, offering two deer hunts per year. Hunters can expect to see good number of deer with bucks ranging from the mid 160’s to 180’s. All hunts are fully guided 1×1 by spot and stalk in early December during the rut. You and your guide will spend countless hours glassing bucks primarily in the morning and evening.  This region of NM, is relatively open country, but don’t let that fool you as it produces some exceptional bucks ever year. The Outfitter has been in the business for over 30 years and specializes in Mule Deer. They consistently year in and year out provide some of the best quality services in the state.
Comfortable and clean ranch house accommodations are provided with private rooms and bath for each hunter and home cooked meals are served daily. Give us a call today.

Transportation
Fly to Albaquerque, NM; rent car and drive to Wagon Mound, NM. Outfitter will provide directions.
Hunt Style
Physical Level:
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
