Why WTA Recommends Long Range University
The WTA team recently attended Long Range University in Burlington, Wyoming, and walked away extremely impressed with both the instruction and the experience.
LRU is not about simply shooting farther. It is about building a complete shooting system and learning how to make smart, ethical decisions in the field.
The curriculum combines classroom instruction with practical range exercises to teach hunters how to shoot accurately under real hunting conditions. Students learn everything from rifle setup and ballistic fundamentals to wind calls, shooting positions, and environmental factors that impact shot placement.
Most importantly, you learn when NOT to take the shot.
