Official Giveaway Rules: No purchase required. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Giveaway Rules (the “Rules”). Your submission of an entry in the Giveaway constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Rules, as interpreted by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A failure to comply with these Rules will disqualify your participation in the Giveaway and void any entries submitted by you. Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway begins on June 10, 2024 at 12:01 am MT and ends on August 26, 2024 at 11:59 pm MT. There is a total of one prize (“Prize”) available to be won, which consists of the following: (1) A guided elk hunt in New Mexico, United States. This hunt will take place November 16-20, 2025, organized by Worldwide Trophy Adventures; provided by all sponsors (2) Gunwerks Magnus 7 PRC Rifle and Shooting Instruction at Gunwerks’ Long Range University, (3) Leupold BX-4 Range-finding Binocular and VX-5HD Scope, (4) Kifaru Hellbender Pack and Ark Frame, (5) Montana Knife Co. Stonewall Skinner and Stoned Goat 2.0 Knives, (6) Dark Energy Poseidon Pro, Poseidon Nano, Spectre Solar Panel and more, and (7) $2,500 cash card for expenses, provided by Worldwide Trophy Adventures. The approximate total value of the Prize is US $35,000.; Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis without any representations or warranties. Sponsor has discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older and who are legal residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia, but excluding Florida, New York, Washington and Rhode Island, and also excluding Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, are eligible to participate in this Giveaway. Employees, owners, members, managers, directors and officers of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Participants must have a valid hunter safety number and/or valid hunting license. To qualify as an official winner, and to receive the Prize, a potential winner is required to timely submit to Sponsor all such forms, documents, and information as Sponsor may require, including without limitation confirmation of eligibility, appropriate releases, and pertinent tax documentation. Potential winners may also be required to satisfy any outfitting organization’s safety or other requirements. The official winner will receive written confirmation of the award and be advised on the process for claiming the Prize. Except as expressly provided in the Prize description, all taxes, fees, costs and expenses associated with the receipt and use of any Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Such expenses may include travel and transportation costs. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Giveaway closes. Limit one entry per person. Entrant agrees to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. The potential winner(s) of the Giveaway will be selected within ten (10) days of the close of the entry period. Entry and entrant information provided to “Sponsor” (as defined further below WTA, Gunwerks, Leupold, Montana Knife Company, Kifaru, and Dark Energy).

Worldwide Trophy Adventures, LLC, PO Box 335, Sidney, NE 69162, is the primary sponsor of these Giveaway. All sponsors are together referred to as the “Sponsor.” A list of the official winner can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Worldwide Trophy Adventures Giveaway – Elk Hunt Winners List, PO Box 335, Sidney, NE 69162. Return postage is not required of Vermont residents.

Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of these Giveaway when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s obligations hereunder shall be suspended during periods in which there exists a force majeure event. A force majeure event is hereby defined as any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including without limitation, acts of God, natural catastrophes, fire, flood, hurricanes, tornados, volcanic activity, earthquakes, explosions, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), insurrections, terrorist threats or acts, riots, or other civil unrest, labor strikes, quarantines, national emergency, epidemics, and viral pandemics. If any such force majeure event shall continue for a period of more than sixty (60) days, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate this Giveaway without liability to you or any other person participating in the Giveaway.

By participating in these Giveaway, you hereby grant to Sponsor and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, address, photograph or other likeness, voice, statements, or any other personally identifiable information for any and all marketing, promotional, or other legitimate business purposes. Subject to the foregoing and applicable law, all personal information collected by Sponsor in connection with these Giveaway will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Rules.
