Outfitter #210

Utah's Premier Trophy Elk Hunt During the September Bugle

This trophy bull elk hunt takes place in the mountains of Utah on a family owned ranch that is loaded with big bull elk.  The outfitter is also the primary landowner and his guides will show you an action packed elk hunt during the September bugle like no other. This unit is unique in that it consists of predominantly private land so the properties have been lightly hunted and are managed for trophy quality.  Come September these valleys and hills are lit up with the bugles of bull elk and the property becomes an elk rutting mecca. It’s not uncommon to look over a dozen or more 6x6 bulls every day.  The outfitter prefers you to come in a couple days before the start of your hunt to scout with your guide in hopes of finding an opening day bull.  A representative bull on this hunt will typically score 330” and better with multiple 350” bulls taken each season.  Typically it takes several years of applying before you’re lucky enough to draw one of these coveted Unit elk tags.  However, these are guaranteed landowner tags that are included in the cost of the hunt, and can be used toward your weapon of choice.  IA comfortable seven bedroom cabin, located right on the ranch, will be your home away from home during your stay.  You'll have over 60,000 private acres of prime elk habitat at your disposal, so hurry, these tags won’t last long!
