Alaska Brown Bear Boat Hunting Outfitter

Outfitter #257

April/May & September

This outfitter offers a true Alaskan adventure. They specialize in hunts for brown & black bear on the ABC Islands (Admiralty, Baranof & Chichagof) and the coastal range of southeast Alaska. This area supports Alaska’s densest bear population. The ABC Islands are rich with both salmon and vegetation capable of supporting a large number of brown bears. Typical brown bears in this area measure between 8.5 ft. and 9.5 ft. The coastal black bear hunting offers B&C class trophies with 7 ft. bears common. This outfitter uses a 50 ft. cruiser with all the comforts of home for his base camp and skiffs for going ashore in pursuit of these trophy bears. Success during the past five years has been a fantastic! #257
