Located approximately 2 hrs north of Edmonton, Alberta, this outfitters’ area encompasses 2500 square miles of farmland with mixed crown land. Hunts are conducted from tree stands on ag fields in early September. The opportunity to hunt velvet bucks on the first hunt is possible. This is a small camp, usually only 1 to 2 hunters at a time. The outfitter is a hardcore archery hunter himself, and along with his guides, they know what it takes to hunt these early-season bucks with a bow.
Accommodations are a comfortable lodge with meals served daily.

Transportation
Fly to Edmonton Alberta where the outfitter will meet and transport to camp. You may also rent a car and drive to camp.
Sample Itinerary
Day 1:Fly to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where the outfitter will meet you and transfer you to camp. You may also rent a car and drive to camp.
Days 2-7:Archery deer hunt.
Day 8:Depart Edmonton and begin your trip home.
Hunt Style
Physical Level:
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
