Northern Alberta is known for producing some of the largest Black Bears in North America. This outfitters hunting territory encompasses over a 100 square miles of pristine boreal forest, lakes, and rivers. This region is known for producing exceptional quality Black Bear. The two bear option makes this six day hunt an exceptional value. All hunts are conducted over baited areas from elevated stands with experienced guides. This is the perfect hunt for any sportsman looking to harvest a trophy class bear with the weapon of choice. All baits are set up for the archer or rifleman. Our outfitter has been hunting this region of NE Alberta for over 15 years and has established a very recognized name in the industry for producing trophy class Black Bear. WIN is required to purchase hunting licenses in Alberta. A WIN number is valid for five years from the date of purchase. Â Please go to https://www.albertarelm.com/licensing.page. To complete the online application and purchase, renew or replace your WIN card. Upon submission, a WIN card with your WIN number on it will be mailed to you. Be sure you give yourself enough time to receive your card before you arrive for your hunt.

All hunts are Sunday afternoon through Friday night.
Sample Itinerary:
Day 1: Saturday, Fly to Edmonton, Alberta and overnight
Day 2: Sunday, outfitter will pick up and transfer to camp, hunt PM
Day 3-7: Monday – Friday, hunt Black Bear
Day 8: Saturday, Back to Edmonton, Alberta and overnight
Day 9: Sunday, begin trip home.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
