May–end of July
This lodge was built for those diehard waterfowlers! Located within close proximity to Buenos Aires (a 2.5-hour drive) sits the most magical waterfowl destination on the planet. Built by waterfowlers for waterfowlers, this destination surpasses all in consistent volume and action during both early morning and afternoon hunts. Single occupancy, high-class lodging.
The prairie pothole region of Argentina’s farm country is home to all 13 species of waterfowl available in the country and each hunt consistently produces an extremely mixed bag. We welcome small exclusive groups (6 shooters maximum) to enjoy this fast-action waterfowling experience. Consistent water over the past 15+ years has filled lagoons, potholes, and canals to optimum levels. This water combined with ag farming and perfect habitat produces exceptional numbers of waterfowl consistently throughout the season. The best part about the Argentine waterfowl season is that it runs from May to August due to its location in the southern hemisphere and doesn’t interfere with your North American wingshooting desires. Call WTA today for availability for the upcoming season.
