Austrian Alps Cast & Blast Adventure | Red Stag, Chamois, Roe Deer, Trout, Grayling & More

This is a one of a kind Cast & Blast Adventure in Southern Austria. This WTA Exclusive operation works very closely with our European Office to ensure a memorable hunting and fishing experience. The region of Austria is characterized by stunning peaks, and fish rich rivers and lakes. Those joining on this hunt have a hard time to not return in future trips.

The 8 Day Package Starts with a pick up at either Ljubljana, Slovenia, Venice, Italy, Munich, Germany or Salzburg, Austria, then a 1-3 hour scenic drive to the riverside lodges at the base of the hunting area. From these fantastic cabins you will have fishing, hiking, and hunting opportunities at your fingertips.

The package includes 3 Days of guided hunting, 3 days of fishing (2 of which are guided), and a trophy credit of $3,500 which allows hunters to choose a package from the following options:

• 1 Chamois No-Limit
• 1 Red Stag- 7-9 Points
• 2 Roe Deer

The hunting is primarily spot and stalk, with some high stand hunting being done depending on the species or hunters physical ability. If you would like to hunt over the 3 included days, this can be arranged for $315 per day.

The Fishing is primarily Fly Fishing, but conventional opportunities exist as well. The possible fish that you can expect are Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Grayling, Char, Carp, Lake Trout, & Hucho (Danube Salmon). Those who are done hunting early will be able to utilize those hunting days as fishing days.

Observers are welcome to accompany the hunters, and fully catered sightseeing days are planned for them. The area sits ideally in the middle of culture and the great outdoors. Sightseeing options include, hiking, boat rides, castle tours, shopping, and more.

The lodging takes place in the valley located within a stone throws from a Stream, Lake, and River. These 2 Bedroom Guest Cabins include a dining and seating area, full bath, and comfortable porch. There is optional upgrades to a private cabin.
