The best way to describe this black bear hunt, with hounds, is “Action”! This large concession is loaded with bears, which means lots of opportunity to turn the dogs loose. Whether this is the first time you have hunted with hounds or you are a seasoned houndsman, this hunt won’t disappoint. With bears in the 6′-7′ foot range and a few bears making B&C every year, the trophy quality is there. This is a two bear area, so you may harvest a second bear. Hunts are 5 full days of hunting. In the evening you will enjoy home cooked meals in a cozy home style lodge.
