Hunt Shiras moose in the Okanangan boundry region of Southern BC with one of the most recognized outfitters in the region. Their hunting area encompasses over 500 square miles of Fraser River breaks, towering alpine peaks, canyons and mountain streams. This region boosts a healthy population of Shiras moose, mule deer and black bear making this a great combination hunt. All hunts are fully guided by experienced guides by spot and stalk method. Over the years hunters have experienced high shot opportunities on bulls measuring from 30 to over 45 inches. Hunts are usually conducted during the rut when calling methods are very effective.

In addition to outstanding hunting and breathtaking views hunters will relax in a comfortable lodge with all the amenities of home. The lodge is located within close proximity of the hunt area. Home cooked meals will top of your overall experience. This outfitter takes pride in assisting hunters in the outdoors and will go out of his way to make sure your hunt is a memorable one.

$12,500 + 5% GST TAX (7-day hunt) Moose ONLY

$2,000 trophy on mule deer, whitetail or black bear.

$2,000 trophy fee on harvest of Deer or Bear

Inclusions

Accommodations, meals, guides, in field transportation, field trophy care and 1×1 guide service.

Exclusions

Govt Royalties after harvest: Moose $125, Deer $50 & $75 Black Bear due to outfitter.

Transportation

FLy to Kelowna, BC. Outfitter will meet and transfer to hunt area.

Hunt Style

Physical Level:

Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.

Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.

Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.

Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
