Hunt Australia for huge water buffalo and/or Banteng. This is an outback experience with lots of action. The outfitter has two properties. One is a 5 million acre concession in Armenland with huge numbers of buffalo and 100% success on bulls averaging 104 SCI. There are also options to hunt a trophy bull and up to 10 management animals for those that relly want a lot of action.
They also run hunts on another exclusive area of 2 million acres that is much closer to Darwin. Again, hunts here are 100% success, and banteng can also be hunted here.
Expect to see large numbers of buffalo (and/or Banteng) on these spot and stalk safari style hunts. Generally bulls will be spotted at a distance, and then a stalk is on to get you in as close as possible to these huge bovines. Australia’s buffalo are substantially larger in body than Cape buffalo (up to 2200 lbs), and horns are shaped differently and are quite wide. The hunt is adreneline filled and the trophy is very impressive.
Camps are very comfortable bush camps with screened cabins with fans, beds, full bathroom facilities, etc. This is a true adventure to a very unique part of the world for an affordable dangerous game hunt. Call WTA today to discuss options with one of our consultants.
