This outfitter has over 2,200 square miles of prime moose hunting. This area of BC has a very healthy population of moose and success rates are 70%. These Canadian moose average 30–40 inches with a few stretching the tape at 40+ inches. The hunting takes place during the rut, so bulls are responsive to calling. The hunt can be conducted as a 1×1 or 2×1 guide to hunter ratio. On this hunt, you will utilize pickup trucks, side-by-sides, and boats to get around the lakes, swamps, and logging blocks. Camp consists of a Common area where you will enjoy hot home-cooked meals and conversation. Clients will sleep in comfortable bunkhouses with beds and woodstoves. The shower house has hot water and flush toilets.

moose hunting itinerary
day 1- if flying – we will pick you up at Prince George airport in late afternoon or early evening when your flight arrives. We will go to camp which is a 1.5 hour drive. Supper will be served that evening.
– if you are driving we will meet you on the hwy around the turn off to go to camp. It is 45 minute drive from the hwy to camp
days 2-9 – 8 days of hunting
day 10 – if flying – we will get you back to Prince George airport in time for your flight home.
– if you are driving we will help you get loaded up and on your way in the morning.
Hunt Style
Physical Level:
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
