Fall Brown Bear hunting in Southeast Alaska’s Rainforest is a very unique and  adventurous hunt.  Hunt will based on the fishing vessel Mara moving throughout the guide area looking for the salmon stream that have most salmon and highest concentration of bears.  You will spend your time stalking your way up the salmon streams watching for bear movement. It’s not uncommon to hike 2-4 miles a day. Being in the big old growth timber allows for many close sightings and existing encounters with bears often with in 100 yards.  This is a great hunt for bow hunters.
