WTA’s research has found a great destination for the elk hunter. This outfitter controls over 40,000 acres of private land located along the front range of the Green Horn Mountains of Southern Colorado.
Hunters can expect extremely high shot opportunity, even on the bow hunts! Archers and first rifle hunters can expect to target 300-330 inch bulls but this area of Colorado has been known to produce bulls over 370 inches every year. Later rifle hunts offer realistic opportunity on 270-300+ class hunts. Hunts take place in the rolling foothills by spot and stalk and calling methods.
Ranch house accommodations and home-cooked meals ensure a great Western hunting camp experience.
