This unique offering is an excellent choice for those hunters who appreciate a challenging but rewarding hunt. This European Moose Hunt takes place in Estonia, which is located south of Finland on the Baltic Sea. Estonia is renowned for being a best-kept secret of European Hunting. Potential Trophy Animals include Moose, Red Stag, Wolf, Wild Boar, Roe Deer, Geese, Ducks, and Woodcock.
The hunt is for Moose, but will also allow for clients to trophy on a variety of other species. Popular is a day of hunting for woodcock hunting or a wild boar. We will work with you to ensure you have a remarkable experience.
In this hunt, the hunter and any potential observers would be introduced to the traditional hunting methods of Estonia, where hunting takes place in High Stands and Spot & Stalk. With comfortable accommodations, it is an ideal hunt to bring your buddies and combine with a tour of Tallinn, Estonia’s Capital City.

Before dawn, we will move to the hunting area to begin the hunt which usually lasts about three hours.
In the afternoon, about an hour before sunset we will go back to the hunting area for the second and last hunting trip of the day.
One of our guides will imitate the call of the female moose to attract males who are seeking females for mating. Normally the bull does not take long to answer the call and the guide will attract the male to move outside the dense forest to give the hunter a good shot.

Easy: Farm or ranch hunts from stands or blinds. Substantial use of 4x4 pickups, UTVs. Most whitetail deer hunts.
Medium: These hunts are mostly conducted on private ranches. Species include mule deer, elk, antelope, some caribou and African plains game hunts. Moderate to light hiking each day in semi-mountainous terrain.
Hard: These hunts are a true wilderness experience and are usually conducted on horseback, hunting species such as elk, moose, bear, some mountain lion and African Cape buffalo. Difficult to extreme hiking and backpacking can be involved.
Difficult: All sheep hunts, goat, most grizzly and brown bear, some mountain lion and elephant. The terrain and/or animals can involve some dangerous situations. These hunts will probably require extreme physical endurance and some athletic ability.
The Accommodations are best described as comfortable. Stays consist of Fine Hotels, as well as Hunting Lodges depending on desired species and season.
Transportation:
You will be greeted upon arrival and brought to the hunting area by friendly staff. Additional transfers for sightseeing and other activities can be arranged.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
