Spring: March
Fall: August & September
Hunters arrive at Kangerlussauq from Copenhagen, Denmark and then transfer 15 minutes to camp. The hunt is lodge based, and proceeds with Snowmachines and Four Wheelers in order to locate and put a stalk on the trophies. The hunt progresses over 4 hunting days with a nearly 100% success rate and opportunities for small game. This is an excellent alternative to North American muskox. The hunting utilizes glassing and spot and stalk, with the bonus of four-wheelers and snow machines depending on conditions. Hunter should be prepared for bitterly cold temperatures in the Spring. The lodge is fully equipped with Starlink.
The fall hunt is quite pleasant and is conducted from boats while staying in tents in order to spread out and find caribou as well as muskox.
