Join our consultant Dino Bugni on one of our best hosted trips yet! Five roe deer in six days, a real action-packed week in Slovakia. This is one of Europe’s best-value roe deer hunts. The package is for five representative roe deer. Roebuck hunting is particularly addicting. The hunting starts early in the morning, sometimes at 4:00 a.m. This is because old roebucks move mainly in the dark and it’s important to get to their territory in time. Outside of mating season, roebucks are mainly hunted by searching in various locations by spot & stalk with a professional guide. Of course, guides have roebuck areas monitored before the arrival of the hunters and they know about many good quality roebucks in advance. During the mating season, new roebucks come to the hunting areas regularly, so calling is exciting and productive. Every hunter has a professional guide to judge the quality, age, and type of roebuck. All of the hunting areas for roebucks have strong roe deer population, so hunters will have the choice of several roebucks during the day.

Hunt Style
Physical Level:
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
