In Kyrgyzstan there are two Argali Species to be harvested. Hume Argali, as well as the Tian-Shan Argali. As well as Ibex, and some other species. The hunting season is from September to December. with the best time of October 20 to November 30. Hunters will arrive to Bishkek from Istanbul, Turkey. Directly from the airport the fun begins, with a very long 10-17 hour car ride through some breathtaking terrain. On this hunt it is required to bring Sleeping bag, sunglasses, white camo, spotting scope, field thermos, and trophy bag.
In the morning you load onto your horse. In Kyrgyzstan you may have both horses and jeep. During the day you may travel the upper edges of the mountains, glassing the hillsides and feeding areas. Usually you will see sheep every day. We’ll offer you hot drinks, sandwiches, salami, dry fruit and nuts for lunch in the field . Once the trophy ram is detected, you complete your stalk on foot. You will hunt at about 13,000 feet (4,000 m). Your physical condition is an important factor of the stalking during the hunt. A long range shooting, up to 500 yards (450 m) is normal for sheep hunting. Spike camp and horse back riding is a part of your hunt.

Hunt Style
Physical Level:
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
