Trophy Hunt: October – March.
Embark on an unforgettable free-ranging aoudad hunting adventure in the mountains of Coahuila, Mexico! With targets ranging from 30+ inches and some even exceeding 34-35 inches, this hunt caters to all skill levels. Set amidst rugged, desert-like mountains on private land, this expedition offers two campsite options tailored to your preference and physical ability.
Choose between our two different styles of hunting, both promising exceptional experiences, for the intrepid souls seeking an authentic, adrenaline-fueled mountain adventure, our fly camp perched atop the mountain’s summit awaits. And for hunters preferring a less physically demanding approach, our base camp offers respite. Here, traverse the mountain’s contours via vehicle, scouring its slopes for the majestic aoudad. Upon sighting your trophy ram, a meticulously planned final stock and approach culminate in a shot opportunity ranging between 300 to 500 yards.
Even though they maintain a very high success rate on hunts, it’s important to note that the cost of the hunt does not guarantee a trophy, especially in these mountain hunts. Hunting is inherently unpredictable, influenced by factors such as weather conditions, animal behavior, and individual hunting skills. We strive to provide the best possible opportunities for success, but ultimately, nature has the final say.
WTA has done extensive work to identify the right partner who shares the same high standards for both game and service, and we’re very excited to have the opportunity to unveil this first-class destination to our trusting guests. Call WTA to book your trip today.
