The Caprivi Strip, located in the northeastern corner of Namibia, is a hidden gem for hunting enthusiasts seeking an authentic African experience. Hunt elephants, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, and some plainsgame while staying in luxurious accommodations on the river with incredible views.

Much of the hunting in the Caprivi is around flood plains and rivers which makes for a very unique environment.

We offer both trophy and management (own use) hunts for the dangerous game animals and this is a great way to take an elephant bull at a much reduced price.

The Caprivi camp does not compromise on comfort, even in the heart of the wilderness. Luxury accommodations are readily available, offering hunters a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exhilarating pursuits. These lodges and camps provide an authentic African ambiance with modern amenities, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Pricing Details

Dangerous game daily rates includes the following in the daily rate price. (per hunter)

Hunter 1:1 ( $900 pp/day Tented ) ( $1000 pp/day medium luxury ) ($1200 pp/day luxury )

Hunter 2:1 (850 pp/day Tented ) ( $950 pp/day medium luxury ) ( $1100 pp/day luxury)

– Meals 3 x daily meals

-Soft drinks ( coke, Fanta , sprite , cream soda ) 4 times local branded beers per hunter / Client per day.Additional beers can be settled after the hunt is done.

– 2x bottle of house wine per dinner per day (local wines )

-Professional hunter and Dangerous game hunter (Who will guide and conduct the hunt)

-Dangerous game permit/s (each allocated per specific area )

-Hunting vechiles

-Hunting boats

-Trackers

-Skinners

-Field preparation and salting of trophies afterwards.

-Laundry daily

-Wifi ( We try our utmost best to have wifi available at all camps/ lodges .

-Charter cost ( fly into Caprivi strip ) Flying from Windhoek to Caprivi and back from Caprivi to windhoek would be about $700 round trip to Caprivi and back per person .

-Hard liquor if client requires more or special liquor.

-Tips for camp staff, skinners , trackers , host and professional hunter.

-Extra day trips

-Additional camera crew (Have a good camera guy ) Prices on request

-Option to drive to Caprivi is also available but it takes two full days and easier and faster to fly up to Caprivi.

Elephant Trophy $35000 medium area up to 50 pounds

Elephant Trophy $65 000 super good area up to 70/80 pounders – if you have booked enough days (18-21) and the correct time of the year .

Elephant own use /non exportable $15000-00 broken tusk, tussles , old or bad genetics

Number of Days to book for hunts -yur requires days

Buffalo, crocodile and hippo – 7 days minimum

Elephant 12 days minimum (18-21 recommended for really big bull)

Buffalo, crocodile and hippo -12 days Maximum
