Waterfowl hunting in Western Nebraska in the last ten years has absolutely exploded! The amount of bids that continue to winter in the area has been on a steady incline year after year! The greater Canada goose are the predominant birds but we do also get a large number of lessers, snows, and mallards depending on the timing of the hunt. Offering several different buried pits that are located in food sources you will be sure to have the best possible chance to have an action packed hunt!
Top of the line decoys, heated comfortable pits that provide the best concealment, along with experienced guides will be sure to give you the best experience possible. Getting the birds up close and personal is something the experienced guides take pride in.
Three meals a day will be provided. At the end of the day you will enjoy a home cooked meal relax and enjoy your time away from home.

Bird processing is $5.00 per bird to breast/$20.00 per bird to pluck.
Sample itinerary:
Day 1: Fly to Denver, CO or Scottsbluff, NE, rent car and drive to the lodge. Check in time is 3:00pm

Day 4: Hunt (depart the lodge after hunting on this day)
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
